Directions: Soak 1 tablespoon herbs in 1 pint of hot water overnight. Strain. Add optional essential oils and mix well. Fill a basin with the brew and sit down in it. Use a washcloth to apply directly to the vagina, on the inside of the labia and introitus (opening of the vagina). Use gentle strokes. This mixture can be applied warm by gently heating it on the stove or applied cool. Apply twice a day for 5 days.
